My comic strip is about Ako.
Hi this is my comic strip.What I did to make this comic strip was to take four pictures.About different learning, mine is reading,thinking,writing and helping people with their work.

My challenge for this writing was proof reading it. WALT: I learnt about Mokoia pa. My art piece is about Mokoia Pa. It used to be a volcano that's why people went there for the fertile soil. It had lots of food and fish and it guarded by a fence and Maori. Mokoia Pa was close to Tamaki River so they get lots of fish with wakas. All the other tribes wanted to have their pa because it was the best pa.So they would fight for it. Once the two chiefs fought for Mokoia Pa.They wanted it for themselves so there was a big war
and Mokoia Pa was destroyed.

My name is Jarrod and I'm 9 years old and I'm a Year 5.

I am good at Maths,Writing and Reading.

I like playing rugby and joining in with school activities.

My challenges are to improve in my writing and to get 300 blog posts in this year and to learn new things.

I have moved up lots of levels and I learn more in this class.

My mum most inspires me because she pushes me to do the best I can do in learning.
