Why I like cooking and travelling
Have a restaurant or have a TV show that travels the whole world but I go to restaurants to see how they make their food then when I finish that I go home cook my food. But if that doesn't happen I will have a family and cook for them.

MY HOLIDAY
On the holidays my family went rock climbing The first thing I needed to do was get this strap around my waste. The first wall I climbed on was this dinosaurs bones I got all the way to the top then I went all the way down really fast. The second wall I climbed was a jungle it was so high it felt like I was flying. Then me and my cousin found a very dark room I could still see but not very well I climbed to the top then saw one more but a couldn’t get a very good grip after that little more time skating wall and Shopping one. Then we went somewhere to eat I forgot what it was called We climbed one more wall and it was huge I was climbing and my mum was holding the rope so I wouldn’t fall and break any bone in my body. I climbed to the very top and touch the roof. When I got down we got in the car the my mom were talking and laughing about other stuff and me and my cousins just played on the XBOX ONE.

Breakfast report
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
If you have rest to 10 - 12 hours you will have more energy if you don’t your brain will function and you will be tired,lazy,exhausted and give up on working. Running a car without fuel is like a human who doesn't have a lot of energy your brain won’t help you a lot when you need to think and you can’t help yourself when you have a really hard problem.
Most people like to have cereal but don’t check the labels because there could be lots of sugars or fats.
You should have 5 major food groups in your cereal for a example if you eat weetbix all the time you will only have certain nutrients. To get all the nutrients we need to have a variety of foods. So it is good to have all the major food groups in your meals.
